President: Tom O’Connor
Tom is the inspiration and the story behind Friends of Tom O’Connor, Inc. after successfully battling Leukemia twice. Tom continues to serve the community as a Major with the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office.

Vice President: Russell Finley
Russell is one of the founding members of Friends of Tom O’Connor, Inc. and is currently a Sergeant with the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office.

Vice President: Mark Costley
Mark is also one of the founding members of Friends of Tom O’Connor, Inc. and is currently a Sergeant with the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office.

Treasurer: Billy Favara
Billy is a former Cobb County Sheriff’s Office clerk who worked for several years under Major O’Connor’s supervision. Currently, Billy works in Software Development.

Secretary: Vince Smith
Vince is a Lieutenant with the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office and is currently assigned to the Detention Division.

Marketing Director: Dustin Howey
Dustin is a former Cobb County Sheriff’s Office Investigator who currently works as a Product Manager for a large mobile technology corporation.
